What you need to do
The core is free to use. Enterprise features, kept in a separately licensed part of the code, need a paid license in production.
For Notifuse
From v40 the code is under BSL 1.1, which allows production use, including for others, but a paid license key is needed for more than three workspaces, granular permissions, SSO, audit logs, Amazon SES tenants and multilingual templates. v39 and earlier stay AGPL-3.0.
Business Source License 1.1 (AGPL-3.0 up to v39) · Source-available, not open source. The code is public, but the license restricts how you can use it, usually by banning competing hosted services or capping production use. Not open source.
